Don D's Heating and Cooling, LLC is owned and run by Donny DeOrnellis, out of Polo, Missouri — about forty minutes northeast of downtown Kansas City. He started the company in March 2025 and had it BBB Accredited inside the first year.
Before he hung his own shingle, Donny put in eight years with a union HVAC and boiler company. That's where the training happened — a union apprenticeship, commercial boilers, and the habit of doing it to code because on that kind of job there's no other option. The company is new. The hands aren't.
Licensed, insured, and straight with you about what your system actually needs — including the times the honest answer is "it's fine, here's what to keep an eye on."
